Bored at work. Any interesting websites to visit?

I answer phones all day at a doctors office and lately we have been super slow. I’ll read the local newspaper online and check my email, but I can’t think of any other website to look at. I have a Myspace and Facebook, however, I personally do not feel that checking those at work is the best of ideas. Are there any interesting websites that are work appropriate?
